Shipping

Shipping is a flat $10 anywhere in the United States. Orders ship within 2–3 business days. If you need a piece by a particular date, email me before you order and I'll tell you honestly whether I can make it. Chicago pickup: If you're in Chicago, you can pick up your piece at Lillstreet Art Center instead of having it shipped. Email me when you order and I'll arrange it and refund the shipping charge.

Returns

If a piece isn't right, email me at linda.spielman@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery and I'll tell you how to send it back. Pieces need to come back unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping is at your cost; I'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method once the piece is back with me.

Custom orders

I take a small number of custom orders. If you have something in mind, email me and we'll talk about whether it's a piece I can make. Custom orders are final sale.
